Project 1:
The upgrade of a 500 tonne woolpress to improve plant reliability and
the ability to provide local technical support for a specialised piece
of plant |
| The upgrade of this
machine was no small task due to the fine operating tolerance of the
machine and the sheer capabilities of the hydraulic plant.
The tolerance
of the valve timing sequence on this machine was
within milliseconds to achieve correct operation. The batch
weigh system was incorporated into the automation process and was very
critical to achieve maximum container weights. |
| "The project's success
was due to a determination to deliver a functional and reliable
machine." |

Manager, Fairlie Woolscour Ltd. |

Project 2: Relocation
of the 600 tonne Autefa woolpress from Seaview in Wellington to Fairlie
Woolscour's Timaru plant. |
| "The ICSC installation
team delivered a successful and cost effective project once
again. Everything went very smoothly and the machines are
working fine. We are more than happy" |
